Role OverviewPartners + Napieris seeking aGoogle Ads Managerto driveperformance scaling across multiple accounts simultaneously . This role focuses on identifying patterns, standardizing optimizations, and applying proven growth tactics across a portfolio of Google Ads accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts Identify cross-account performance trends and scaling opportunities Apply winning strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and PMax Optimize budgets and bids at both account and portfolio levels Ensure consistent account structures and optimization standards Work within MCC environments to manage and scale accounts Collaborate with strategists and analysts to accelerate growth Report on portfolio-level performance and insights Qualifications4+ years of experience managing and scaling Google Ads accounts Strong experience working across multiple accounts and industries Proven ability to scale spend while maintaining efficiency Deep understanding of Smart Bidding, automation, and PMax Analytical mindset with portfolio-level thinking Experience in agency or multi-client environments preferred Google Ads certification is a plus Why Partners + NapierOwnership over cross-account performance and scaling strategy Exposure to large-scale, multi-client Google Ads portfolios Collaboration with senior performance and analytics teams Scalable systems and standardized optimization frameworks Long-term career growth within a respected independent agency
