OLÉ LANGUAGES SPANISH SCHOOL is recruiting a Front Desk Receptionist - Customer CareThe responsibilities are: Front desk reception Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email) and provide general information on our courses and services Processing new applicants Provide assistance to students In charge of prospecting Planning assistant the Coordinator Responsible for processing payments Strategic behaviour to attract additional clients In charge of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok)Other tasks are: General administrative duties Other assignRequirements: Capable of taking responsability and self-starter English and Spanish are required. A third language is a plus.
