Project Manager – Industria Nutrición Animal Desde Paul Marlex estamos colaborando con una empresa líder en nutrición animal, ubicada en Montcada i Reixach, que busca incorporar un/a Project Manager para reforzar su equipo y liderar proyectos estratégicos de desarrollo y mejora continua. Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada a resultados, con capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y asegurar el éxito de los proyectos desde la fase inicial hasta su implementación final. Funciones principalesPlanificación, coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos de desarrollo de producto y procesos. Gestión de cronogramas, recursos, presupuestos y riesgos asociados a los proyectos. Coordinación transversal con equipos de I+D, planta industrial, compras, calidad y proveedores. Supervisión de la homologación de materias primas y seguimiento de hitos técnicos. Elaboración y actualización de documentación de proyecto y reporting a dirección. Análisis de viabilidad técnica y soporte en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativa y estándares del sector.RequisitosGrado universitario en Ingeniería, Tecnología de los Alimentos, Ciencias o similar. Experiencia previa como Project Manager o en gestión de proyectos industriales. Conocimiento del sector agroalimentario o nutrición animal (valorable). Experiencia coordinando equipos y proveedores. Capacidad analítica, organización y habilidades de comunicación. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Idiomas: español e inglés (nivel profesional).Qué ofrecemosContrato estable en una compañía referente en su sector. Salario: según experiencia.
