An eSIM (embedded SIM) profile, is a digital SIM card information file that allows mobile devices to connect to a cellular network without the need for a physical SIM card. This technology enables easier management, switching of network operators, and better security compared to traditional SIM cards. Our work involves providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. Our team is also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.As aTechnical Project Managerforthe Digital Profile Factory (DPF), you will drive the planning and execution of key technical projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of DPF key projects (e.g., eSIM Suite) Develop project plans, tracks progress, and manages risks in coordination with the Performance Manager Adapt methodologies to fit the DPF environment for optimal delivery Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents to support transparency and alignment Tailor project methodologies to the specific needs and constraints of the DPF environment for optimal outcomesQualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in an IT environment 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in technology-driven or IT-based environments Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar) Experience with ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA) and/or digital transformation projects is an advantage Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management in projects Excellent English language skills (Business proficient – native)Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse teams and present clearly to senior management Ability to adapt methodologies pragmatically to meet real-world constraints while ensuring delivery success A hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environmentsWhy Join Us?
