We foster autonomy, ownership, and close alignment between teams and leadership, creating an environment where innovation moves quickly from idea to market.As part of our international growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial team and are now looking for an Account Manager to support the global expansion of our pet care business.Why Join UsBe part of a science-driven green biotech company with international ambitionWork on high-impact solutions in pet health and sustainabilityCollaborative, agile, and purpose-led cultureDirect exposure to leadership and strategic decision-makingReal opportunities for growth as the company scalesThe RoleAs Account Manager – Pet Health, you will be responsible for managing and developing international accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term partnerships across the veterinary ecosystem.You will collaborate closely with the management board and the marketing team, contributing to both commercial execution and strategic planning.You will act as a bridge between us and our clients, managing the relationship to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth through communication, strategy, and problem-solving, while coordinating internal resources acting as a link between the client and internal departments (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure the delivery of services and products. You will work on a daily basis with the management board and with the marketing team.The role requires strong communication, negotiation, empathy, and results-oriented skills.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining constant and effective communication and building trust. Moreover you will help developing long-term plans, analyze metrics, and giving feedbacks to adapt to market trends and competition.Manage and grow key accounts in international marketsDrive B2B sales in the pet health and veterinary sectorBuild and maintain relationships with:Veterinary pharmaceutical companiesVeterinarians and veterinary professionalsInternational distributors of veterinary productsManage distributor agreements and commercial negotiations together with directionCoordinate sales initiatives with marketing and management teamsTrack pipeline and performance using CRM toolsContribute to go-to-market and international expansion strategiesExperiencePrevious experience in similar roles and similar industriesPrevious experience as international sales manager (export)SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsEmpathy, consistency, and attention to detail to understand and anticipate needs.Ability to see the big picture and align client interests with those of the company.Problem-solving: Autonomy in resolving conflicts and challenges.Ability to manage cross-functionally in a dynamic environmentStrategic commercial mindset with strong execution capabilitiesHands-on experience with CRM systemsEducationDegrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or equivalent. xcskxlj Specialized training in sales techniques, negotiation, communication, and digital tools.LanguagesSpanish mandatoryFluent English (mandatory)Compensation & Work ModelCompetitive salary based on experienceVariable compensation linked to performanceATS KeywordsAccount Manager, Pet Health, Veterinary, Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Biotechnology, Green Biotech, International Sales, Key Account Management, CRM, B2B Sales, Distributor Management, Hybrid Work, Pharma Sales, Business DevelopmentHow to ApplySend your CV and motivational letter to
