Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un/a Recepcionista de Hotel con vocación por la atención al cliente y una actitud positiva. Serás la primera impresión para nuestros huéspedes, garantizando una experiencia acogedora, ágil y profesional desde su llegada hasta su salida.
FUNCIONES:
Atender y gestionar el check-in y check-out.
Responder consultas presenciales, telefónicas y por correo.
Gestionar reservas y asignación de habitaciones.
Coordinarte con otros departamentos (pisos, mantenimiento, F&B…).
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
Atender incidencias con rapidez y amabilidad.
Realizar tareas administrativas básicas propias de recepción.
Realizar otras funciones complementarias de forma puntual, según necesidades operativas del hotel.
TURNOS:
El puesto requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos :
Mañanas (7-15)
Tardes (15-23)
Noches (23-7)
(La distribución de turnos sigue el patrón 4x2 , se comunica con antelación y se respeta el descanso establecido por convenio.)
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia previa en recepción, atención al cliente o puestos similares.
Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
Buena comunicación, orientación al huésped y resolución de problemas.
Inglés necesario; se valoran otros idiomas.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.
