Grab your chance now For the Customer Service team at our head office in Barcelona, we are looking for multilingual customer service employees for 40 hours a week.

What are you going to do?
As a customer service employee, you are the first contact for our customers and you communicate with them via email, telephone, or chat. You will also support our foreign customer service teams for European customers. You must speak and write fluently in English and master another language, such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek. You will answer diverse customer questions correctly and translate problems into solutions for the customers.

You will proactively advise and assist atmosphere makers in Europe to create the right ambiance in their homes. You will gain and expand your technical knowledge about our lighting products. Additionally, you will accurately register customer data and agreements regarding orders, shipments, and returns in our CRM system. This position allows you to work from our head office in Barcelona, and you will receive training from a colleague before working independently.


We are looking for you because you...

  • master different languages in speaking and writing;

  • have good proficiency in English;

  • are communicative and can engage in smooth conversations;

  • have experience as a customer service employee;

  • are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and can multitask effectively;

  • are stress-resistant and maintain composure under pressure;

  • are available during our working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (including one hour for lunch);

  • are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight.
