As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing SFSF projects (i.E., diagnostic and strategic consulting, process analysis, change plans etc.) as well as potentially managing business system implementations. You will lead HR-Path project teams ranging from functional, technical and strategy consultants and work with an extended support network, while always striving for superior value realization for our clients.Manage projects and coordinate the work of the project team, the workload and the budget, in accordance with our client commitmentsDeploy and lead innovative, digital and impactful change management, training and communication programsSupport users and other stakeholders in the adoption of new solutionsParticipate in the realization of various missions, within the framework of SuccessFactors Environments with different modules (EC, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)Contribute to the business development of the activity (writing and followingup)Manage internal team members whilst engaging with the client's project team.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the SuccessFactors EnvironmentSolid experience of at least 3 years in project management and associated follow-up (budget/charges), and the management of multi-disciplinary teamsStrong communication and leadership skillsPrevious experience working on HR related projectsExcellent level of Spanish & English language skillsWHAT WE OFFERA stimulating work environment at the heart of an entrepreneurial and international cultureA transversal approach to our activities, which encourages teamwork and excellenceNumerous opportunities for advancement (horizontal, vertical and international mobility)Annual salary increases on the anniversary date to reward performanceMultiple training opportunities (internal university, certifications)Certified Happy at Work, we offer a good life balance with telecommuting possibilitiesA friendly work environment (quarterly team activities, annual international seminar)See you soon at HR Path
