About The Talent Acquisition Lead RoleThe Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs across EMEA and AMERS. The TA Lead will lead and coach the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates while meeting their own hiring targets. The role is accountable for the execution of the operational delivery of talent in the region. What You’ll DoManage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS region Build out regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills and candidate pools to source the best talent to meet the hiring requirements as they flex and change Provide weekly/monthly business reporting on hiring cadence Regular liaison with the Global Talent Director to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriately Monitor and always seek to improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence online Work with the People team to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda, ensuring engagement with all communities Continually improve processes that affect the candidate experience Deliver your own hiring across sales, customer service and other departments when needed What You HaveDemonstrated experience leading a TA team remotely and onsite, with demonstrable people management skills Experience in a successful, high‑performing in‑house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumes Experience working across EMEA and AMERS regions Experience recruiting across GTM sales and onboarding teams Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the capability and energy to drive change Excellent communication skills Ability to use data to make informed decision to drive and improve team effectiveness and performance Demonstrated experience in project management and strong business acumen Our Perks & BenefitsEquity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journey Hybrid working model (in‑office & from home) Mental health and well‑being initiatives Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement Does this job sound like you?
