SEBN ES- Spain, multinacional en expansión nacional, dedicada al diseño y fabricación de mazos de cableado eléctrico para la industria de automoción busca para su centro en Cuenca:Puesto a cubrir: Manufacturing Controller Specialist Funciones:Apoyar la preparación del presupuesto anual y los planes financieros a largo plazo, validando los datos provenientes de los sistemas de planificación. Participar en la elaboración de informes de gestión mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Realizar análisis de variaciones entre los resultados reales y los presupuestos/pronósticos. Brindar apoyo a los departamentos y a la dirección mediante análisis de costos, tiempos de producción y explicaciones de variaciones presupuestarias. Supervisar y analizar los niveles de inventario para garantizar su exactitud y el cumplimiento de los estándares financieros. Coordinar y apoyar los conteos físicos de inventario y los conteos cíclicos. Analizar los movimientos de inventario (bajas, artículos de lento movimiento, obsolescencia) y proponer iniciativas de optimización. Preparar informes mensuales de inventarios y existencias, realizar la valoración del inventario y evaluar su impacto en los estados financieros. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos operativos, logísticos y de la cadena de suministro para proporcionar orientación financiera y apoyar la toma de decisiones.Requisitos mínimos:Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Industrial o Administración y Dirección de empresas (ADE) o equivalentes. Experiencia previa de 1-3 años como controller, preferiblemente ligado a la producción. Imprescindible alto conocimiento de Excel. Idiomas: Inglés B2. Muy valorable experiencia en SAP Competencias: resolución de problemas, capacidad analítica, perfil proactivo, orientación a los resultados y buenas dotes comunicativas.
