English resumes onlyPASSNFLYis a start-up company established in 2012, based in central Barcelona, Spain, providing a digital solution for checking in to flights. Passengers are automatically checked in to their preferred seats and sent the boarding pass to their phone. The management structure is consistent and very integrated. Take this opportunity and become part of our familyCurrently, the team is looking for an Operations intern, to support us for a period of a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. As an intern, you will get insight into professional development in a dynamic company, become part of the team, and make valuable contacts.What is working life really like? Close cooperation with the team Online data research Qualitative and quantitative Data analysis and creating data-based projects Software testing (QA) Feature and product testing Bug reporting Design and update timelines on performance management software Asana Design spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance Analyze spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance Conceive and edit legal documentation for apps and/or services Work on team projects – organize and lead/participate in project meetings Regular meetings with the supervisors to receive feedback on your workBring fresh and innovative ideas to the PASSNFLY teamWhat do we require from you? Bachelor’s degree or studying toward one Mandatory internship or the ability to provide a Learning Agreement from your university Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-suite Fluency in English – oral and written The ability to work as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Accountability and organizational skills Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented Minimum availability of 3 monthsWhat do we offer you?
