Gain valuable professional experience covering the entire retail life cycle Receive structured customer service, retail operations, and product training A structured bonus/commission scheme in line with the company’s and the individual’s performance Comprehensive training and development programs Regular team social events We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. If you love designer toys and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive xcskxlj store environment Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems Monday to Sunday Retail experience:
