Desarrollo Negocio / Gestión Comercial / Licitaciones Internacionales:

Gestión comercial clientes públicos y privados de la región LATAM en el sector de la edificación y urbanismo, servicios de Diseño y Project Management.

  1. Estudiar el proyecto del servicio a licitar, analizando pormenorizadamente los pliegos de condiciones y demás documentación técnica.
  2. Elaboración de documentación técnica para ofertas; redacción de las memorias técnicas, metodologías, planificaciones, planos.
  3. Realización de estudios económicos, con estimación de costes y análisis de riesgos.
  4. Contactar con subcontratistas y proveedores para conseguir ofertas y confeccionar el presupuesto del proyecto.
  5. Participación en estrategia de desarrollo de negocio, Viajes comerciales.
Requisitos

- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en proyectos internacionales de edificación y/o urbanismo.

  1. Nivel de Inglés Avanzado.
  2. Disponibilidad para viajar asiduamente a la región LATAM (Mexico, Panamá, Colombia…).
  3. Formación en Arquitectura o Ingeniería Civil.
  4. Tener capacidad gestión proyectos internacionales.

Requisitos deseables:

  1. Valorable: Experiencia in-situ en proyectos internacionales en LATAM.
  2. Valorable: Experiencia en licitaciones internacionales / desarrollo de negocio.
