From our new office in downtown Barcelona, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.We are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) / Team Lead who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads & Meta.Day‑to‑day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team of up to 4 people (2 Meta Ads; 2 Google Ads).Mentor the team while maintaining strong people and analytics skills.Collaborate with the co‑founder to manage a yearly budget of approximately 3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads in the US, UK, and EU markets.Adapt and execute the company’s marketing strategy.Work with structured project‑management tools such as ClickUp.Maintain a hands‑on approach to Google Ads and Meta Ads.Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor marketing costs.Monitor and improve campaign performance.Identify complex challenges and communicate solutions to internal and external stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into business opportunities.At least 2 years of hands‑on Google Paid Search experience, including text and shopping campaigns, and strong knowledge of PPC best practices.At least 1 year of experience in Meta Ads.Proven track record managing a small marketing team (mentoring and growth).Understanding of media metrics and business KPIs in an e‑commerce context.Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets.Charming and fun team with room for growth.Personal solid growth opportunities.International work environment across countries, continents, and time zones.Remote work on Fridays.Work from a cozy office downtown Barcelona at WeWork with standing desks, a dedicated leisure area, and surprise sweet days.As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity.
