We’re looking for a OneStream Administrator to take ownership of their newly implemented system. You’ll lead technical application support, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and drive the future maintenance, enhancement, and development of the OneStream solution.This role is ideal for someone who wants to join just as they’ve gone live with OneStream and will help define their roadmap over the next few years.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the architecture and design of the OneStream platform, leading the deployment of enhancements that align with evolving business needsTake full ownership of the administration, configuration, and operation of the applicationDefine requirements, set project milestones, and ensure successful delivery of enhancement initiativesProvide expert guidance, support, and mentorship to business users and finance teamsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and global teams to ensure alignment with business objectivesStay up to date with OneStream advancements and industry trends to keep the organisation at the forefront of innovationSkills & ExperienceProven track record leading OneStream administration and enhancement projects from inception through to completionStrong experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processesExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail
