Would you like to continue growing as a Project Manager in telecom network deployment in a leading multinational company in aviation and communication solutions, working in a highly professional team that has doubled in size over the last 2 years, in a collaborative environment where you can propose ideas and work with cutting-edge telecom technology?Puede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.From Oxigent Technologies, we are selecting an IT Project Manager to join a team in Barcelona Poblenou for telecom network deployment projects.As part of this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom network deployment projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, product teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.What will be your main responsibilities?Lead telecom network deployment projects across all phases: solution design, planning, delivery, pilot deployment, full rollout, operational readiness, and handover.Coordinate with engineering, solution architects, operations, and vendors to define technical requirements and validate design options.Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.Oversee technical solution delivery, including integration, testing, and operational processes.Plan and execute pilot site deployments, collect feedback, resolve issues, and refine deployment approaches before scaling.Engage and communicate with customers, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and project governance.What will you need for this role?Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.3+ years of project management experience in telecom, network deployment, or infrastructure rollout projects.Strong knowledge of telecom networks, including IP, RF, radio, connectivity, routers/switches, circuits, and site integration.Experience managing pilot deployments and large-scale rollouts, ensuring operational readiness.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical teams, vendors, customers, and executives.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Nice to have:Experience in aviation, ATC, VHF, satellite, or mobility network projects.PMP or other project management certification.Experience in multi-site, large-scale infrastructure deployments.What do we offer?Permanent contract.Competitive salary aligned with your experience (42.000€ – 49.000€).Flexible schedule with partial remote work (3 days office / 2 days remote).Private health insurance.Training allowance to develop in professional areas of your interest.Flexible benefits package for health, transport, meals, childcare, and training.Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with discounts.And many other benefits xcskxlj Join the Oxigent team, where talent and technology don’t understand gender, and contribute to innovative projects that connect the world’s aviation and communication networks.
