Solution Architect – Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) Experiencia: 4–5 años en arquitecturas cloud y proyectos Genesys Cloud de gran escala Start: ASAP Mode: Híbrido (Barcelona) Languages: Inglés y Español (Francés es un gran plus)Key Technologies & Skills ✅ Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) – large-scale / multi-country implementations ✅ Cloud Architecture & Network Design ✅ APIs, Integración de datos, Integraciones empresariales ✅ Integración de IA/ML, Conversational AI, LLMs ✅ Arquitecturas en entornos regulados (ideal seguros) ✅ Diseño de soluciones escalables y segurasLuego qué?
