Description:

She/he will support the current PPM activities participating in the following tasks:

  1. Support local technical team in perfumery pump countertyping.
  2. Manage incoming requests from the sales team of the Group for new anodized colors regarding perfumery products.
  3. Support PPM in preparing materials for dedicated customer trainings.
  4. Participate in market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations.
  5. Support technical teams across all steps of innovation developments and product validation activities.
  6. Oversee regular sampling activities and coordinate complex sample requests.
  7. Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to PPM.
  8. Liaise with the Marketing team to create and update promotional materials.
  9. Act as a middle person between the lab teams and customers or their assigned sales representative, as far as lab tests are concerned.

Qualifications:

  • Creative profile with sensitivity to fashion and beauty industries.
  • Proactivity, commitment, and integrity expected.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, but also autonomously.
  • Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.

We are looking for a passionate candidate with strong communication skills, a real interest in the fragrance industry, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

An advanced level of English, both spoken and written, is required.
