At ING we are looking for Data Protection Expert member in DPE Office Team We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Protection Expert to join our dynamic team and help us transform the way we serve our customers.As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all personal data belonging to our customers and employees is secure and protected, in compliance with relevant policies and regulations (GDPR). We carry out risk assessments to identify and mitigate data protection risks, monitor data transfers, record and track personal data breaches, and add value to the business by ensuring the highest level of privacy and data protection in its contracts and process flows.Operating in an Agile environment, our mission is simple yet bold: "Protecting the personal data of our customers and employees, complying with policy and regulations (GDPR)”As a Data Protection Expert in the DPE Office Team you will:Conduct Data Protection related Risk Assessments, for which we work with the business owners to carry out DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), TIAs (Transfer Impact Assessments), LIAs (Legitimate Interest Assessment), and record the processing activities in the RoPA (Register of Processing Activities). Document and manage personal data breaches. Monitor third parties, ensuring compliance with these data protection policies by the suppliers we work with. Design and implement Privacy related Training and Awareness programs across the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT teams, providing guidance on privacy requirements in new products, services, and processes. Fluency in English. At least 2 years of experience in Data Protection areas. Responsibility, decisiveness, and a commitment to quality. Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 solutions (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint…) and data protection tools. Professional certification or specialization in Data ProtectionKeeping both our customers and our colleagues needs in mind, you determine together which days you work at home and which you come to ING MAD to offer your best self.
