You'll become a part of a growing company where success hinges on strong teamwork. To excel in this role, we believe it's vital that you're a skilled relationship builder who recognizes the value of spreading joy and knowledge among your team. What do we expect from you: Ensure high-quality standards in invoice processing and financial administration. Take big part in recruiting. Coaching and competence development. Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers. Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence      routines, updating/maintaining shift plan. Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s. Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute. Create and maintaining instructions and operations manuals. Resource management, shift planning and maintenance. Covering for other Team leaders. Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group. What qualifications we are looking for: Proven leadership or team supervision experience, preferably within finance, invoicing, or administrative operations. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with invoice processing and financial workflows. Solid background in a customer service or call center environment, with an understanding of service levels and KPIs. Fluency in at least one Nordic language, both spoken and written. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective internal and external communication. Must be able and willing to work from our office in Torrevieja, Spain. Who are you?
