Publicación de ofertas. Criba curricular. Realización de screenings telefónicos. Entrevistas presenciales y online. Elaboración de informes de candidatos. Seguimiento de procesos y coordinación con clientes internos. Feedback a candidatos vía email o teléfono. Gestión y actualización de la base de datos.Competencias y Perfil Buscamos a una persona: Trabajadora, proactiva y con ganas de aprender. Con iniciativa y dinamismo. Valorable experiencia en selección de perfiles del sectorhealthcare . Formación universitaria: Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar. Valorable máster o posgrado en Recursos Humanos. Valorable nivel de inglés avanzado (B2–C1).
