Queremos a alguien con mentalidad “techie”, a quien le encante programar, experimentar con nuevas tecnologías y crear soluciones elegantes para garantizar la calidad del software desde la raíz.Tu misión será diseñar, implementar y mantener frameworks de testing y herramientas de automatización en Python, Go y Rust, además de gestionar y optimizar el ecosistema de QA y herramientas de desarrollo (SonarQube, SauceLabs, gestión de secretos, etc.).Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar e implementar frameworks de testing automatizados (unitarios, integración, e2e, rendimiento y seguridad) en Python, Go y Rust. Participar activamente en el diseño y revisión del código, colaborando con los equipos de desarrollo para mejorar la calidad desde el inicio. Administrar herramientas de QA y desarrollo: SonarQube – configuración, gestión de licencias, definición de reglas y quality gates. Sauce / SauceLabs – gestión de entornos de automatización y pipelines de testing. Gestión de secretos – configuración, rotación y políticas de acceso. Integrar las pruebas automatizadas en los pipelines CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins o similares). Proporcionar soporte de segundo nivel en herramientas de desarrollo y QA. Colaborar con DevOps y Seguridad en la mejora de entornos, pipelines y prácticas de calidadHabilidades técnicas: Experiencia en desarrollo con Python, Go y/o Rust (mínimo 3 años en total). Amplio conocimiento de metodologías y tipos de testing (unitario, integración, regresión, performance, seguridad). Experiencia administrando y usando herramientas como SonarQube, SauceLabs, gestión de secretos, etc. Familiaridad con CI/CD, Docker, y entornos Linux.
