At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an Application Manager to support Veeva CRM / Salesforce within the IT Centre of Excellence. The professional will join the ERP – Centre Excellence team and provide continuous support for the Sales Force Veeva+ environment. ¿Está pensando en solicitar este empleo? Main responsibilities: Provide daily functional and technical support for Veeva CRM and Salesforce . Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the CRM ecosystem. Ensure proper follow-up of requests, documentation, and user support activities. Work according to established processes and compliance requirements. Who are you? Proven experience as Application Manager or similar role supporting CRM systems. Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce (mandatory). Ability to operate in an international environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Intermediate level in English and Spanish .
