Experiencia PPC con modelos de LeadGen y eCommerce. Experiencia con campañas de Social Ads (principalmente Meta y LinkedIn). Experiencia demostrable en gestión de proyectos. Nativo en español. Buen nivel de inglés. Todos los clientes del equipo son internacionales. Conocimiento profundo de la interfaz de Google Ads, adicionalmente herramientas de Google como GA4 (IMPORTANTE) y Google Looker Studio. Certificados de Google Academies (Skillshop Google): Search, Display, Shopping, Analytics, etc. Formación en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación, ADE o similar. Alta atención al detalle y enfoque basado en soluciones. Idiomas adicionales, sobre todo alemán, francés u holandés. Certificados en Meta (Blueprint), Microsoft Ads (Microsoft) y otras plataformas.¿Gestión de proyectos Paid Media con la supervisión y ayuda de un Team Lead. Optimización y gestión de campañas publicitarias (Search, Display, Google Shopping, Remarketing, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Análisis y control de la rentabilidad del proyecto por cliente. Comunicación pro-activa con los clientes vía email, teléfono, reuniones en persona y presentaciones. Aprendizaje continuo de últimas novedades / tecnologías / conceptos para identificar oportunidades de mejora para los clientes y la agencia (ejemplos: betas Google, nuevas herramientas, etc.)¿Contrato indefinido. Flexibilidad horaria. Oficinas en la Castellana. Actualmente trabajamos con un modelo híbrido de teletrabajo.
