We (Torre) are helping Globaltize find a top candidate to join their team Full-time for the role of Sales Representative.


Compensation:
USD 1.2K-1.8K/month.
+ Commissions (~USD 1K/month).


Location:
Remote job opportunities available for residents of Brazil, South Africa, Peru, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.

What makes you a strong candidate:
- 3+ years of experience required in B2B sales.
- You are proficient in CRM, sales management, and sales strategy.
- English - Fully fluent.


Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience to join our overseas recruitment agency. The ideal candidate is a personable, people-oriented individual who is comfortable on camera and excels at closing deals. This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position as we continue to grow. This position is fully remote.


  1. Conduct multiple daily meetings with interested leads with the primary goal of closing sales.
  2. Utilize provided marketing materials and pitch deck to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  3. Build out and continuously improve our sales process, leveraging your creativity and sales expertise.
  4. Provide feedback and insights to help refine and optimize our sales strategies.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Excellent English with an American accent (MUST HAVE).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Comfortable and confident on camera for virtual meetings and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in building and improving sales processes is a plus.
- CRM expertise.
