We cover Infrastructure, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production, supported by CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity.🚀 MISSIONAs an IAM SSO Engineer, you will:Provide Level 1/2 support to application owners across the BNPP group.Respond to Teams and ServiceNow requests, escalating non‑standard cases.Communicate incidents, changes and service events promptly.Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and automation.💼 WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport BNPP application owners via Teams and ServiceNow tickets.Analyse non‑standard requests and coordinate with the Expertise Team.Monitor IAM services, detecting and alerting on incidents.Resolve critical service issues quickly to maintain availability.Update knowledge base and automate recurring processes.💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRINGMaster’s degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of professional experience.2‑4 years in IAM (authentication/SSO) with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs.Strong English (written & spoken); French is a plus.Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures.Ability to communicate security best practices clearly.Analytical mindset, rigor, curiosity and a collaborative spirit.🎁 OUR PERKSTailored training programs and clear career paths, with national & international mobility.Active Diversity & Inclusion Committee (see Diversity, equality and inclusion | BNP Paribas).Corporate volunteering (1 Million Hours 2 Help).Flexible compensation and hybrid work model (50 % remote).32 vacation days per year.🌍 ABOUT BNP PARIBASWe are BNP Paribas, a European banking leader with a truly international footprint—64 countries, over 178 000 professionals.
