Technical Finance Expertise: Brings deep knowledge in accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, transfer pricing, and FP&A, with a strong command of local statutory requirements and SOX compliance Insights & Analytics Development: Builds and mentors a high-performing analytics team to deliver actionable insights, advanced financial modeling, and performance reporting aligned with business objectives Operational Excellence & Cost Management: Drives cost efficiency and Capex management through robust planning, variance analysis, and alignment of cost drivers with business scale and strategy Cross-functional Collaboration: Partners effectively with global and regional teams, aligning financial forecasts and metrics, and ensuring consistent communication with auditors, banks, and financial authorities. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION Finance Degree or Equivalent recognized qualification in Finance Degree/Masters in Finance/Business LANGUAGE Excellent command of spoken and written English REQUIRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE More than 6-8 years Leading and managing a local finance function OTHER REQUIREMENTS Leading a Local Finance function within media/telco/streaming sector.
