At Solcasino.es, we are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Manager with a strong operational profile, highly focused on Excel and with a proven ability to analyze numbers and data.This role is key to the day-to-day financial management of the company and requires a hands-on mindset, strong analytical skills, and fluent communication in English.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day operational management of general accounting.Control and follow-up of invoicing, payments, and collections.Preparation of periodic financial reports.Analysis of costs, margins, results, and deviations.Support management with clear, data-driven financial insights.Intensive use of Excel for reporting, data analysis, and control.Regular communication in English with internal and/or external stakeholders.Mandatory RequirementsPrevious experience in an operational administrative and accounting role.Advanced Excel skills (essential), used in a regular basis: Pivot tables, Advanced formulas, Data analysis and reconciliationStrong analytical mindset: ability to interpret numbers, detect inconsistencies, and draw conclusions.Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile.Nice to HaveExperience working with large volumes of data.Experience with accounting ERPs.Practical, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude.What We OfferA stable position in a growing company.A key operational role with real impact on business decisions.Autonomy and a collaborative work environment.Competitive conditions based on experience.Work on-site in our Madrid centre offices (Chamberí), with: Free lunch every day, Unlimited snacks & drinks, etc.
