The work has real‑world impact in airports, shopping centres, universities, hospitals, and other facilities worldwide, reflecting values of product impact, technical excellence, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.About The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior CloudOps Engineer with strong AWS experience to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. The role involves automating deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues. You will document your work clearly, helping the broader team understand and maintain our cloud environment.What You'll DoDeploy and maintain applications and infrastructure across multiple AWS regions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.Configure and manage cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting using industry‑standard observability tools.Manage and optimize AWS services such as S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and others as required.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve DevOps and cloud infrastructure issues quickly and effectively.Apply and maintain security, availability, and cost‑optimization best practices.Create and maintain detailed documentation that maps our AWS environment and operational processes.Minimum RequirementsProven experience managing and maintaining AWS production environments.Proficiency in cloud monitoring technology such as Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CLI.Strong working knowledge of Jenkins, Drone, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar CI/CD systems.Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).Skilled at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure and DevOps issues.Strong written communication and documentation skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.Eligible to work in the EU.DesirableAWS Certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer).Exposure to connected or hardware‑based systems, IoT, or smart infrastructure.Managing regionally segregated deployment styles for infrastructure.Strong debugging and investigation skills for identifying issues and creating recovery methodologies.Why Join TKH Security?Innovative, dynamic business with sustainable growth and a supportive, collaborative culture.Competitive salaries, hybrid work (2 days working from home each week), health insurance, free parking, and 23 days PTO.Free fresh fruit every day at the office.Opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects, with continued learning and professional development actively encouraged.Open and transparent communication culture with exceptionally high levels of customer service.Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
