Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a Senior Payroll Specialist para unirse al equipo de nuestras oficinas centrales en Barcelona.Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en optimización de ingresos para unirse a nuestro equipo. Queremos incorporar a una persona analítica y estratégica, con capacidad para optimizar la gestión de precios y maximizar los ingresos de nuestros hoteles. Si tienes experiencia en el sector, te apasiona el análisis de datos y la toma de decisiones basadas en estrategia comercial, esta es tu oportunidad para crecer en un entorno innovador y en constante evolución.Funciones: Pricing y seguimiento de la competencia. Revisión de reservas y resolución de discrepancias. Gestión y mantenimiento de Channel Manager (Siteminder). Gestión y mantenimiento del Motor de Reservas (Neobookings) y OTAs. Resolución de incidencias de integración y soporte técnico a los hoteles. Cumplimiento de procedimientos para la operativa diaria. Análisis diario y actualización de Pick Ups. Reporte directo al responsable del departamento.Lo que buscamos en la persona candidata: Experiencia en el departamento o consultora de optimización de ingresos. Diplomatura en Turismo, ADE o Económicas, preferiblemente con formación en optimización de ingresos. Usuario avanzado en Excel, ofimática e internet. Perfil analítico, proactivo, resolutivo y enfocado a resultados. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, empatía y alta capacidad de concentración. Idiomas: catalán, español y preferiblemente francés.Ofrecemos: Proyecto de liderazgo en un grupo en crecimiento, con impacto directo en el área financiera. Contrato indefinido y formación continua.
