Product Manager, Pharma - Full Ownership Across the Commercial LifecycleBarcelona, SpainHybrid - 3 days in officeA leading international pharmaceutical group is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of commercial medicines. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working across functions, driving products end to end, and shaping strategy from launch through to lifecycle optimisation.You’ll join a global team with a strong track record in complex generics, biosimilars and specialty products. The work is fast moving and cross functional, with plenty of room to influence decisions that directly impact commercial success.What you’ll be doing• Owning assigned products across their full commercial lifecycle• Preparing and coordinating launch readiness with all involved teams• Supporting accurate sales forecasting and driving cross functional alignment• Leading product scale up planning and delivery• Building business cases for Cost of Goods (CoG) reduction and driving implementation• Facilitating and overseeing tech transfers to ensure supply continuity• Keeping communication tight between operational and non operational teams• Troubleshooting and resolving supply or performance issues when neededWhat you need to bring• A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or similar, MBA a plus• Around ten years’ experience in product management or a related area within pharma or lifesciences• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving• Proven experience coordinating cross functional teams• Confident communicator, organised, and comfortable influencing across departments• Thrives in a fast paced, global environmentIf you’re looking for a product role with genuine ownership and the chance to work across multiple countries and teams, this is a strong opportunity.
