This role is critical to ensuringefficient and effective inventory planning , balancing product availability with cost optimization while maximizing service levels. The Supply Planner will work closely withcross-functional teamsin a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintainsupply plansto ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels Monitor and analyzeinventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecaststo support informed planning decisions Collaborate withprocurement, production, and logistics teamsto ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations Identify and mitigatepotential supply chain risks and disruptions Prepare and presentregular reportson inventory status, supply chain performance, and key metrics Participate incontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance supply chain efficiency and effectivenessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience insupply planning, inventory management, or a similar role Proficiency insupply chain management software and tools ( ERP and planning systems like SAP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.) Experience inFMCG, retail, fashion, xiphteb or manufacturing environments Advanced level ofEnglish and Spanish Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented, with a strong focus onaccuracy and qualityWhy Revlon?Opportunity to join aglobal, iconic beauty company Collaborative work environment withhigh business impact Professional growth and development opportunities
