Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals like Paris and London, to more seasonal locations such as Ibiza or Menorca for the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also have properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.The philosophy of service is constituted and affirmed by three key principles: the quality of its products, the precision of service, and the warm welcome of our guests.ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTALReborn from the glorious remains of a 19th century estate, with 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel that includes two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm, where we serve breakfast and dinner service, the terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy a delicious lunch.ABOUT THE JOBContract: 40 hours per weekDays off: 2 Accommodation: ProvidedRequirements: Valid driving licence and personal vehicleWe are seeking a Waiter M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Organize the setup of the pantries and the room. Guarantee the customer experience. Advise customers with an excellent knowledge of the menu and products. Carry out the service by respecting the precise rules of the profession: taking orders, setting up according to the order, clearing away, straightening up. Performs end of service operations: tidying up, setting up the next service. Maintain the space in an optimal state. Respect and follow aesthetic standards. ABOUT YOU A waiter is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow: Experience in a similar role. Have excellent gastronomy knowledge. Attention to details and customer needs. Social, engaging and motivated. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations. Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
