To support this engagement, we are seeking a Cloud Contact Centre Developer to join our team and work hands-on within Agile delivery squads on a high-impact client project.This role offers the opportunity to work withmodern AWS technologies, contribute to large‑scale customer interaction systems, and grow your expertise while being supported by a collaborative consulting environment.You will help design, build, and improve cloud contact centre solutions usingAmazon Connect,Amazon Lex, andAWS Lambda (Python) . The platform integrates with internal and third‑party systems and leverages core AWS services such asDynamoDB, Kinesis, and API Gateway. DevelopAWS Lambda functions in Pythonto support contact centre capabilities Build and maintainInfrastructure as CodeusingCloudFormation and SAM CLI Work across the fullsoftware delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD and Git workflows Collaborate closely with client teams as part ofAgile squads Ensure solutions meetsecurity, quality, and industry compliance standards2+ years of experienceas a developer in cloud‑based environments ~ StrongPython development skills(mandatory) ~ Hands‑on experience withAWS, particularlyLambda and Amazon Connect ~ Understanding ofSDLC, cloud fundamentals, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code ~ Exposure toJava and/or JavaScript ~ StrongEnglish communication skills, both written and spokenAWS certification(s) Familiarity withAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban), JIRA, and Confluence Gain exposure tocutting‑edge cloud and contact centre technologies University degree in atechnology‑related field, preferablyComputer Science
