Where mobility is simple and pleasant?Daily responsibilities Your main objective is to help companies transfer internationally their employees and their families ensuring a smooth and timely immigration process for all the parties involved.As part of your daily responsibilities you will: · Analyze each case and advise clients on the best way to proceed in terms of immigration procedures. · Handle permit applications for international employees of local and foreign companies, as well as for private individuals. · Manage intra-company transfers. · Advise on different legal matters related to immigration. · Review and prepare legal documentation. · Update our clients on changes and tendencies that might affect their business processes. · Foresee possible setbacks and delays in the process and communicate them in advance in order to avoid misunderstandings and claims. · Explain and help the client companies and transferred employees understand “how things work” in Spain regarding immigration bureaucracy. · Be in constant contact with the company and the transferred employee to ensure a good communication among parties, set down-to-earth expectations and to update on any issue.
