We are looking for a hands-on Finance Controller with a strong control & business mindset, responsible for financial performance tracking, accounting supervision, treasury, payments and risk control.This role is designed for someone who controls the business through data, with Excel as a core working tool, besides other data tools.Key responsibilitiesFinancial controlling and business performance trackingSupervision of accounting delivered by external advisorsReview of monthly closings and financial consistencyCash-flow control and treasury forecastingInvoicing, reconciliations and revenue controlPayments, payouts and suppliers supervisionPayments flows analysis and anomaly/fraud detectionFinancial and business reporting to managementImprovement of internal control processesRequired profile3–5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, finance operations or business finance.Strong ability to supervise accounting, without performing daily bookingsBackground in startup, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS or payment environmentsVery strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Analytical, autonomous and problem-solver mindsetComfortable working with external accounting firmsEnglish – Professional working proficiency (mandatory).Excel proficiency is mandatory.
