This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer toys will make you a competitive candidate.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operationsProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaintsTrain and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targetsClosely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishmentControl stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shopliftingOwn visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest levelManage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing proceduresConduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updatesAssist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team membersPerform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reportingBe available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysRequired Qualifications3+ years full time experience in store management levelFluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experienceProven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targetsDemonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a teamStrong organizational skills with a keen attention to detailProficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reportingEffective time management and task prioritization abilitiesTeam-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire othersDesirable but Not Essential Experience in the toy or collectibles industryKnowledge of visual merchandising techniquesFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)Your ApplicationIf the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email to es.hr@popmart.com.
