Dein Ziel : Perlentaucher als die Luxus- & Lifestyle-Marke im Immobilienbereich zu positionieren.Dafür baust du das Marketing-Team auf, professionalisierst Strukturen und bringst neue Energie ins Spiel.Deine AufgabenBrand Strategy : Entwicklung & Ausbau der Markenidentität – emotional, international & digital.Teamaufbau : Aufbau eines starken, eigenständigen Marketing-Departments (Content, Social, Grafik, Performance).Content Creation : Entwicklung von hochwertigen Inhalten – von Kampagnen bis Storytelling (Foto, Video, Text).Social Media & Performance : Ausbau unserer Präsenz auf Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn inkl.
