About the Role: Graphic Designer with UI/UX Experience
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer that has exceptional creative and design skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
The primary function will include but not limited to creating digital marketing and social collateral, infographics, website, and email mockups. Please note that this is NOT a development position and no coding experience is required. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and Photoshop is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
- Design visually compelling print marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop graphics, icons, and branding elements that maintain consistency across digital and print mediums.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on digital designs and ensure optimal user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX and print design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into your design process.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of designs across multiple platforms, devices, and formats (digital and print).
- Work closely with developers and print vendors to ensure accurate implementation and production of designs.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX design and print marketing collateral.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects (wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web and mobile applications) and print marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar software, with strong skills in print design workflows.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility standards, and print production processes (e.g., color management, file preparation, and vendor coordination).
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements for digital products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, balancing digital and print deliverables.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy across both digital and print mediums.
- Passion for staying current with design trends and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
