We are seeking a highly a Senior Python Developer specialized in ETL to work with one of our main clients in the banking sector.Full remote position. Only candidates based in Spain.Education and Experience: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience:4+ years of experience as a Python developer, ideally in ETL. Experience with data processing libraries like PySpark and/or Pandas. Experience in designing and managing ETL pipelines. Desirable experience with AWS (Glue, S3, Cloudwatch Events). Familiarity with managing large datasets in Big Data clusters. Experience with Docker and containerized environments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube. Experience with version control systems like Git. Commitment to clean code principles for maintaining high-quality and readable code.Mandatory skills: Containers:Docker. AWS knowledge:Glue, S3, Cloudwatch Events (desirable). Big Data:Experience managing Big Data clusters. Data processing:Optimization of workflows and performance in distributed environments. Version control:Git. CI/CD tools:Jenkins, SonarQube, and similar.
