Procurement Country Manager - Northern ClusterLocation: Barcelona, SpainYou are part ofIndirect Procurement is part of Galderma Procurement managing the indirect spend as a total via matrixed organization (a Category cluster on the vertical axe and a Market Procurement set up on the horizontal axe, covering all Galderma Markets globally). We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Galderma in general and Procurement more specifically. This makes Indirect Procurement fun to work in and good for professional learning opportunities in your career path.Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth. You will be part of a highly engaged team always acting with integrity and a can-do attitude.Your main tasks:Ensure integration leverage of market business needs into procurement category strategiesDefine requirements, steer the process of identifying, qualifying, ranking, selecting appropriate suppliersNegotiations with key suppliers leveraging global volumeAct as expert in local requirements (legislation, culture, supply base) and Spend MasterSecure industry compliance requirementsApply category policies supported by operational guidelinesDemand Spend Management: Price*Quantity expertise and gate keepingExecute savings according to planOngoing process optimizationSupport of stakeholders in Country with sourcing/purchasing needsPromote translate global strategies for local executionJointly with stakeholders, lead business review process with strategic suppliers review KPI (BRM)Your profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business fieldCategory Management experienceSeveral years working experience in a Pharma, industrial or FMCG company where the Procurement function is mature, performing and seen as strategicPharma/regulated environment experience is a plusLean, 6 Sigma is a plusBusiness Proficiency in English and XX (written and oral)/ A third language is an assetHighly proficient with MS Office Suite, including ExcelCoupa experience is a plusExcellent negotiation skills, independent, motivated, and self-motivatedExcellent strategic thinking skills combined with strong critical thinking skillsAble to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environmentWhat we offer in return:You will be working for an organisation that embraces diversity inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.#J-18808-Ljbffr
