At Eladiet, we need an R&D Manager for our R&D Department.
What will your duties be?- Direct and supervise the team in the design and development of galenic formulas for new products.
- Coordinate research and development projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Design the industrial scalability of the formulas developed in the pilot plant.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency and quality in the development process.
- Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technological advances.
- Graduate in Pharmacy with a Master's or Specialization in Industrial and Galenic Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in research and development roles in the pharmaceutical industry or similar; 2 years' experience in team management will be valued.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is valued.
