Tres Cantos (Madrid) | Modelo híbrido: 3 días teletrabajo / 2 presencial Disponibilidad inmediata (muy valorable) Para cliente final del sector tecnológico–financiero ( cliente confidencial ), buscamos un/a Project Manager para incorporarse a un proyecto estable en un entorno IT de alta criticidad y fuerte componente tecnológico. Funciones principales Gestión integral de proyectos tecnológicos end-to-end. Coordinación con equipos técnicos, negocio y distintos stakeholders. Seguimiento de planificación, hitos, plazos y presupuestos. Identificación y gestión de riesgos en entornos IT. Reporting periódico del estado del proyecto. Participación en iniciativas de transformación y mejora continua. Requisitos Experiencia previa como Project Manager en entornos IT . Buenas habilidades de organización, liderazgo y comunicación. Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares. Valorable experiencia en sector financiero / bancario . Conocimiento de metodologías Agile / PMO (valorable). Disponibilidad para modelo híbrido en Tres Cantos (2 días presencial). Se ofrece Proyecto estable en cliente final del sector tecnológico-financiero. Modalidad híbrida real: 3 días teletrabajo / 2 presenciales . Incorporación inmediata o a corto plazo. Condiciones competitivas según experiencia.
