Gestionar el ciclo completo de pedidos: entrada, seguimiento, entregas y devoluciones. Resolver incidencias y responder consultas con rapidez y eficacia. Colaborar con diferentes áreas para desbloquear procesos y mejorar continuamente. Analizar causas raíz y proponer soluciones para evitar problemas recurrentes. Mantener altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente y cumplir estándares de calidad y compliance. Lo que buscamos en ti Experiencia sólida (mínimo 5 años) en Supply Chain, Logística y Atención al Cliente. Dominio de inglés y español (portugués será un plus). Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con ERP (idealmente SAP). Perfil organizado, proactivo y orientado a procesos. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
