En nuestra oficina de Marbella (Golden Mile), buscamos un experto inmobiliario para potenciar la captación de propiedades y acompañar en el proceso comercial de compra y venta.


¿Qué harás como Consultor/a Inmobiliario/a?


  • Captación de clientes propietarios: Identificar y contactar a propietarios interesados en vender sus inmuebles.
  • Diseño de Listing Presentations: Crear presentaciones estratégicas y adaptadas a cada cliente, destacando los valores y la calidad de la marca.
  • Análisis de mercado: Estudiar las propiedades y realizar un posicionamiento competitivo en el mercado.
  • Seguimiento continuo: Fomentar relaciones de confianza y largo plazo con los propietarios.
  • Estrategias de marketing: Ejecutar actividades de marketing offline y digital para captar propiedades y aumentar la visibilidad de los inmuebles.
  • Estudios de competencia: Analizar el mercado y la competencia en la zona asignada.
  • Negociación: Guiar a los clientes propietarios durante el proceso de venta, asegurando los mejores resultados.
  • Acompañamiento en el proceso comercial y seguimiento con el cliente hasta la fase final de compra venta.
  • Negociación y cierre de ventas en la zona local.

  • Experiencia comercial y pasión por el sector inmobiliario.
  • Alta capacidad de organización, negociación y orientación al cliente.
  • Habilidad para diseñar estrategias creativas y personalizadas en la captación de clientes.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la zona de Marbella (Golden Mile).
  • Actitud emprendedora, perseverancia y motivación por alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos.
  • Empatía y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas digitales y disposición para aprender sobre nuestro CRM.
