To support this engagement, we are seeking a Cloud Contact Centre Developer to join our team and work hands-on within Agile delivery squads on a high-impact client project.This role offers the opportunity to work withmodern AWS technologies, contribute to large‑scale customer interaction systems, and grow your expertise while being supported by a collaborative consulting environment.What you’ll be working onYou will help design, build, and improve cloud contact centre solutions usingAmazon Connect,Amazon Lex, andAWS Lambda (Python). The platform integrates with internal and third‑party systems and leverages core AWS services such asDynamoDB, Kinesis, and API Gateway.
