SPAINPosition:SAP ABAP HCM Developer Location:BarcelonaRole Overview: We are looking for an experiencedSAP ABAP HCM Developerwith integration capabilities to support a major transformation project inSAP HCM. You will work on the development, enhancement, and integration of SAP HR systems, particularly focused onSAP ABAP HCM,SuccessFactors EC, andSAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You’ll also contribute to the upcomingintegration testing phase.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions inSAP ABAP HCM, ensuring full integrations. Support the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support integration/UAT cycles. Maintain documentation for technical specifications and integration logic. Identify and resolve technical issues in integration scenarios.Skills & Experience Required: 2+ yearsof hands-on experience inSAP ABAP development, with a focus onHCMmodules. Proven ability to work in hybrid/remote teams with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.Nice to Have: Experience inSAP Integration(CPI, PI/PO, Integration Center). Experience inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration. Knowledge ofHR business processesand data privacy/security compliance (e.g., GDPR). Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Payroll, Time) is a plus.
