Change Management Specialist – AI HR Program Contract: 6 months (possible extension) Salary: €20,000 Position Overview We are seeking ahands-on, action-oriented Change Management Specialistto support a global AI-driven HR transformation program. The primary focus will be onchange management activities , with the possibility to contribute toPMO or other strategic HR initiatives , depending on skills and organizational needs. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving impactful change within large international organizations. Key Responsibilities Support thechange management workstreamof the AI HR program. Apply change management tools and methodologies (e.g., stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments) in a practical and pragmatic way. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR (all levels), Legal, Procurement, and IT. After March, contribute to: Continued work on the AI HR program,or Other HR change management or PMO initiatives, depending on experience and organizational needs. Contract & Program Details The AI HR program runs untilMarch , with potential for a6-month contract extension . Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: ✔ A “Doer” Practical, motivated, and execution-focused. Someone who gets things done. ✔ Change Management Savvy Familiar with standard tools and frameworks.
