Guests also enjoy an urban oasis with wellness and spa facilities, beautiful public areas and curated experiences designed for comfort and excellenceideal for both leisure and business travelers seeking a distinguished stay in Madrid.About The RoleAs a Waiter / Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, you will deliver flawless front-of-house service across our restaurants and events. You will work closely with the Kitchen, Sommelier and Banqueting teams to ensure timely execution, impeccable presentation and memorable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests, take orders and provide menu guidance and recommendations with professionalism and warmth.Serve food and beverages following MOHG standards and plating/service protocols; ensure correct presentation and timing.Support event and banqueting operations: prepare, set and dismantle rooms; assist service teams during events.Perform tableside service tasks (carving, flambéing, deboning, etc.) with confidence and exceptional attention to detail.Maintain service stations, control stock of cutlery, glassware and linen, and ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.Adhere to hygiene (HACCP), Safe & Sound and FLHSSE standards; report incidents or maintenance needs promptly.Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest satisfaction.What We Expect From YouStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel F&B operations and guest service standards.Highly responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.Ability to remain calm, courteous and solution-focused under pressure.A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams.Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, restaurants or banqueting.Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.Our Commitment To YouLearning & Development: Tailored programmes to support your professional growth.MOstay: Complimentary nights and attractive rates at Mandarin Oriental properties worldwide.Health & Wellness: Benefits and wellbeing programmes to support worklife balance.Retirement Plans, Staff Welfare Fund (Fondo Social), Flexible Compensation (including access to DKV), internal events and team-building activities.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about service and ready to deliver memorable dining experiences, please submit your CV and cover letter via the Mandarin Oriental careers portal.Mandarin Oriental is an equal opportunities employer.
