From research and development to sales and marketing to project delivery, Trina Solar Tracker looks for people who thrive in exciting, challenging and dynamic work environments to become a part of our dedicated team of professionals and contribute daily to bringing clean, reliable and cost-effective solar energy solutions to customers around the globe.Join us and our mission to promote and develop solar energy as a source of clean, renewable energy for all.For our team in Spain, we are currently looking for a Graduate / Junior Talent (Entry Level).Responsibilities:Support daily activities across one or more business areas such as Engineering, Pre-Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or Sales SupportAssist senior team members in preparing documents, reports, technical materials or customer-related informationContribute to the coordination of internal and external communication for ongoing projectsParticipate in the development and implementation of team plans and operational processesAssist in data analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking and preparation of presentationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure smooth workflow and on-time task deliverySupport the organization of meetings, customer visits, or technical reviews as requiredHelp maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting tools under the guidance of team leadersStay updated with industry knowledge, technical advances and market trends in the solar sectorRepresent the company in university events, job fairs or early-career programs, when neededRequirements:Recent graduate (0–3 years of experience) in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering or any related fieldStrong interest in solar energy, technology, and global businessFast learner with strong analytical and communication skillsProactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal abilities and cross-cultural communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under guidanceEligible to work in SpainLanguagesFluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken) – requiredOther languages such as Chinese are a strong plus
